General Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions

New and Unused Condition: The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or use. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) show any indications of use.
Original Tags and Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item(s). Returns without the original tags and packaging may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Refund or Exchange
We offer two options for returned items: a refund or an exchange. Please indicate your preference when initiating the return process. If you choose a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned item(s). In cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Items

Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
